2. Exchange Policy

We Accept Exchanges Only For items are Defective, Faulty or Wrong Size Upon Delivery. Customers Must Notify Us Within 24 Hours of receiving the Product in order to eligible for an exchange, After This Time frame Vastavikta Fashions has reserve the right to refuse any exchange request.

• Product Exchange Process

To Initiate an Exchange, Please Email us at support@vastaviktafashion.com with the following information:

                                1. Your Order Number

                                2. Description of issue

                                3. Product Unboxing Video Proof and Images Too.

Important Note: Customers Must Provide the Unboxing Video of product. we have the right to reject/refuse those exchange request without unboxing video proof.

3. Conditions For Exchange

The Product Must be Returned in its Original Packaging and in an unused, undamaged condition. we have the right to reject exchanges if the product appears to have been used or damaged by the customer Even after product is reached to us.

4. Refund Process

Once We Received the Exchange Item, our Production Team will inspect that item, we will notify you of the refund approval. if approved, then the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending upon your banks processing time.

   Important Note: Refunds Are Processed only if the Exchange is not possible.

5. Shipping For Exchange

For Defective or faulty items, we will bear the reverse shipping costs. for other reverse shipping requests, customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
